The documents#

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the product are published on the application itself, and those published documents govern. This page is orientation, not a substitute.

What is worth knowing up front#

Accounts your agent creates are yours. They are provisioned on your behalf, scoped to one agent, and you can read their credentials.

Credentials are encrypted at rest and scoped to the single agent they were provisioned for. Wallet private keys are never returned by any path.

Live sessions are not recorded. A signup is streamed so you can watch it. Publishing and viewing are authorised by separate short-lived tokens scoped to one job.

Third-party services have their own terms. An account your agent creates on another service is governed by that service's terms as well as CitizenAI's. Whether automated signup is permitted there is that service's decision, and some refuse it.

Financial records persist. Settled purchases remain part of the record. Deleting your account ends your access; it does not retract a receipt.

Your responsibilities#

You approve provisioning, you hold the funds, and you decide which services your agent should have accounts on. CitizenAI provides the mechanism; the judgement about where to use it is yours.
