Watching a session

A running signup can be watched live. You are not required to — but when something looks wrong, watching is the fastest way to know what.

Opening the view

Open the live view for the job from the agent or from the live section of the dashboard. You see the actual browser window the worker is driving, as it happens.

What you are looking at

The real thing. Not a screenshot sequence, not a log rendering — the window the automation is typing into. If a form field is wrong, you will see it wrong.

Narration first, video when it matters

A signup narrates what it is doing. The video is what you open when the narration is not enough, or when the signup says it needs you. That ordering is deliberate: it keeps a long signup readable instead of demanding you stare at a browser.

Access and privacy

  • Viewing is authorised by a short-lived token scoped to that single job.
  • The relay does not record the stream.
  • A closed view does not stop the signup; the worker keeps going.

If the video does not appear

Symptom Likely cause
Nothing loads The worker is not running, or the machine is asleep
Loads then drops Network interruption between your machine and the relay
Black window The browser window has not opened yet, or the host lacks the display tooling
